Our GOAL
Our goals at SWIN are centered around empowering and supporting vulnerable individuals in various aspects of their lives. We aim to provide safe shelters and legal support for survivors of gender-based violence (GBV), ensuring they have the resources to rebuild their lives. We strive to guarantee access to healthcare and treatment for those living with HIV/AIDS and cancer by partnering with healthcare providers. We are committed to offering vocational and life skills training for disabled women and children to foster independence and employability. Our goal is to enhance the well-being of the elderly by providing elder care services, health programs, and reducing social isolation. We seek to empower underprivileged women and children through educational support, financial literacy programs, and vocational training, while supporting orphans and vulnerable children with foster care services, emotional counseling, and educational opportunities.

Gender based Violence affecting many women in South Africa
Gender-based violence (GBV) remains a critical issue in South Africa, where countless women endure physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. This pervasive problem not only impacts the victims but also weakens communities and hinders societal progress. Despite efforts to raise awareness and promote legal reforms, many women continue to suffer in silence, facing a cycle of violence, fear, and isolation.
